• Account Information: When you sign up for BHARTNIX AI, we collect your name, email address, and Google authentication details. If you opt for a premium subscription, payment information is processed securely through Razorpay.
• User Content: We collect the text, voice inputs, files (PDFs, images, documents), and prompts you provide to our AI assistant, search engine, or translation tools.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Services, such as the features you use, chat history, search queries, and time spent on the platform.
• Device and Log Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information to improve performance and detect fraudulent activities.
• Communication Information: If you contact us via email or support, we collect your name, email, and the contents of your messages.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: To respond to your queries, generate AI responses, translate text, process files, and deliver search results.
• To Improve Our AI: We use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models. We do NOT train our models on your personal or sensitive content.
• To Personalize Experience: To remember your language preferences, chat history, and settings for a seamless experience.
• For Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activities, misuse, or unauthorized access to our Services.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is hosted on secure cloud servers provided by Render.com and Supabase (PostgreSQL), both of which are compliant with international security standards. We implement industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your data during transmission. We do not store your data outside India unless required for technical processing, and we ensure that any third-party we work with adheres to strict data protection standards.

Note: We use third-party APIs like Groq, Sarvam AI, Cloudflare Workers, and Tavily to power AI features. These providers process your queries temporarily to generate responses but do not retain your data for their own purposes.

4. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. We may share your information only in the following limited cases:

• With Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who assist us in operating our Services (e.g., hosting, payment processing via Razorpay, AI APIs). These vendors are contractually obligated to keep your data secure and use it only for the purposes we specify.
• For Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process (such as a court order), we may disclose your information to relevant authorities.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the new entity, with the same privacy commitments.
