- User Content: text, voice inputs, files (PDFs, images, documents), prompts and other content you submit to the Services.
- Usage Data: interactions with the Services, features used, chat history, and search queries.
- Device & Log Data: IP address, browser, OS and device metadata for diagnostics and security.
- Support Communications: any information you provide when contacting support.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Services: respond to queries, generate AI outputs, translate text, and process files.
- To improve our models: we use anonymized and aggregated data to enhance performance. We do not train our core models on personal or sensitive content from individual users.
- To personalize experience: remember language preferences, settings and chat history when you choose to retain them.
- For security and fraud prevention: detect and prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
- To communicate: send service updates, billing notices, and responses to support requests.
- Legal compliance: disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Render.com, Supabase/PostgreSQL). Transport is protected via HTTPS/TLS. We take administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
We use third-party AI and processing services (e.g., Groq, Sarvam AI, Cloudflare Workers, Tavily). These providers process queries to generate responses and are contractually required to follow our data handling rules; they do not retain data for their own use.
4. Disclosure of Data
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share data in limited circumstances:
- Trusted service providers: vendors who help operate the Services (hosting, payments, APIs).
- Legal processes: when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
- Business transfers: in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales (with privacy protections preserved).
5. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act and related laws, you have rights including:
- Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: update or correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data (we aim to remove data within 30 days where applicable).
- Withdraw consent: where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it (subject to legal/contractual limits).
